This is a slow, intuitive, Swedish-style massage rooted in circulatory techniques and guided by presence.
Each session is designed to calm the body and soothe the mind, inviting deep awareness of your breath and senses through the power of touch.
Sessions are offered in the comfort and safety of your own home, and may include gentle stretching, stillness, or focused work—always tailored to what your body is asking for in the moment.
Ideal for: stress relief, grounding, emotional decompression, and those simply wanting to feel more at home in their bodies
Relationship Coaching
Before each session, I invite you to take a few quiet moments to check in with yourself. You don’t need to have everything figured out — just notice what’s present. You might reflect on:
What’s been alive for you lately — emotionally, relationally, or internally
Any recurring thoughts, struggles, or themes
A moment of disconnection or connection that felt important
Something you’re longing for — in yourself, in others, or in your relationships
You’re also welcome to come in not knowing. Some of the most powerful sessions begin with, “I’m not sure where to start.” You don’t need to be polished or have a plan. Just show up as you are. That’s more than enough.
This is your space. We’ll orient together at the start of the session — to track what’s most alive, and decide where to go from there.
