Before You Book
Let’s make sure this is the right fit—for both of us.
Feel free to take a breath and enjoy a moment of stillness before you read on.
Would you like some music while you read?
Here’s a little music if you’d like something beautiful to bring a little spaciousness into your day.
Before you book, I ask that you take a few minutes to read this page. It’s here to support clarity, ease, and alignment from the start. Booking a session—whether for massage, holistic bodywork, somatic therapy, or coaching—is the beginning of a relationship. This space will help you determine if it’s the right one for you.
What You Can Expect
This work is trauma-informed, presence-based, and deeply personal.
At the heart of this practice is a commitment to honoring the full humanity of every person who walks through the door—messy, brilliant, beautiful, hurting, healing, growing. Whether we’re working through touch, conversation, or quiet attunement, the foundation is always the same: safety, presence, and genuine connection.
This work isn’t about fixing. It isn’t about performing. It’s not about checking a box or rushing toward a result. Instead, it’s about listening deeply—to your body, your breath, your nervous system, your relationships, your own knowing. That’s where the real magic happens.
I don’t offer formulas. I offer a space where your experience can unfold honestly. It is sacred, consent-based work rooted in clarity, trust, and reverence for your process.
This is a space for:
• deep listening
• steady nervous system support
• honest self-exploration
• and reclaiming what matters most—your body, your truth, your relationships
Sessions are trauma-informed, non-clinical, body-centered, collaborative and client-led, and always held with respect.
Who This Work Is For (And Who it Might Not Be)
This work may be a fit if you’re:
• For those craving deep rest, body connection, or relationship clarity
• For people ready to meet themselves honestly
• For clients open to safety, attunement, and inner growth
This work may not be a fit if you’re:
• Not for those seeking erotic services or casual touch
• Not clinical therapy (though deeply therapeutic)
• Not a drop-in wellness fix—this work values presence, not performance

This work—whether through massage, bodywork, or coaching—is sacred to me. It’s about presence, care, and honoring the body as a space of healing, wholeness, and connection. This is not a space for sexual or suggestive behavior. Innuendo, jokes, or inappropriate requests are not only a violation of my personal boundaries—they are illegal.
Licensed massage therapists are protected under the law, and I maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any misconduct.
If you’re seeking anything outside the scope of ethical, trauma-informed, and therapeutic care, this is not the place for you. Please honor the space I’ve created—for people to return to themselves in safety, peace, and trust.
