Whether you’re here to simply unwind or explore deep transformation, you’re welcome.
Traditional Relaxation Massage & Holistic Bodywork
In-home sessions for rest, reconnection, and nervous system reset.
This is a slow, intuitive, Swedish-style massage rooted in circulatory techniques and guided by presence.
Each session is designed to calm the body and soothe the mind, inviting deep awareness of your breath and senses through the power of touch. This path blends Somato-Emotional Integration, Relational Somatics and/or Relationship Coaching to support emotional integration, inner safety, and reconnection with your authentic self.
Sessions are offered in the comfort and safety of your own home, and may include gentle stretching, stillness, or focused work—always tailored to what your body is asking for in the moment.
Ideal for: stress relief, grounding, emotional decompression, and those simply wanting to feel more at home in their bodies
Relationship Coaching
In this coaching space, we’re exploring your relationships — with others, and with yourself. The goal isn’t just insight, but transformation: developing the capacity to be more true to yourself while creating the connection you want. That takes presence, honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to grow.
Who This Work Is For & What It Supports:
This work is for people who want to experience deeper, more authentic connection — with themselves and in their relationships. It’s ideal for those who are ready to grow, reflect, and take responsibility for their inner world, especially in the context of intimacy, conflict, or life transitions.
This process supports you in:
Getting to the root of relational patterns that keep repeating
Understanding and honoring your needs, values, and boundaries
Building emotional resilience and learning to regulate through challenge
Communicating more clearly, honestly, and compassionately
Becoming the kind of person who can create and sustain secure, fulfilling relationships
Whether you’re in a relationship or not, this work helps you come home to yourself — so you can show up in connection with more clarity, presence, and power.
1. Purpose (Why we’re here)
This space is for you to become more fully yourself — and to build the kind of relationships that reflect that truth back to you.
The purpose of this space is to support your relational growth — to help you feel more secure, clear, and empowered in your relationships. That includes the one you have with yourself, others, and the challenges that arise.
2. Process (How we’ll approach it)
This isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about uncovering patterns, connecting with your deeper truth, and finding new ways of being that feel more like you.
We’ll go at your pace, but I’ll also support us in going deeper — we won’t just stay on the surface of what’s happening, we’ll explore what’s underneath. That includes what you’re feeling, needing, believing, and how you’re responding in relationship.
3. Roles (What you and I each bring)
I’m here to walk with you — sometimes beside you, sometimes holding a mirror, and sometimes nudging you forward. You’re still the one choosing where we go.
My role is to be here with you, not above you — to reflect what I see, help you stay connected to yourself, and offer support and challenge in service of your growth. Your role is to show up honestly, bring what’s real, and stay open to trying new ways of seeing and being.
4. Pacing (What to expect within a session)
There’s no pressure to have it all figured out in one session. This is about depth, not speed — we go at the pace your system can actually hold and integrate.
We’ll move at the speed of trust. Sometimes we’ll cover a lot of terrain, and other times we’ll slow down and stay with a single moment or emotion — especially when something big arises. Emotional reactions like discomfort, fear, or grief are totally normal here. When they come up, that’s often where the real transformation begins. We’ll meet it with care, stay present, and let it guide us to clarity.

“Alex has an incredible gift. I can feel her tuning in to my body with such presence and care — I melt into deep, blissful rest every time.”
“Alex’s touch is pure magic. Her attention to detail and sensitivity to what my body needs creates a session that feels sacred and sensual in the best way. It‘s like returning home to myself.”
“Every time I receive bodywork from Alex, I remember how good it can feel to just be in my body. Her sessions are deeply nurturing, spacious, and attuned. I’m so grateful to have found her.”
“I had no idea how much I hadn’t been processing in my life. I had been living nearly my whole life up in my head, disconnected from my body. I’ve been learning how to hold space for myself so that I can actually be in relationship with my own emotions and feelings in a way that really honors me. …the parts of me that used to feel so broken are finding peace and even empowerment, simply by being met with compassionate presence.”
“Through my work with Alex, I’ve made contact with my deepest and most excruciating spiritual wounds. With her compassion and care, I’ve begun to experience what it feels like to be able to completely rest, release all of my tears, and be seen on the deepest level all within my own arms and presence. I’m so grateful that deep inner healing like this exists in the world. We really need it.”
“I used to think our disconnection was about the relationship until I realized just how much I had been abandoning myself. Through this work, I learned to show up for my own heart—and from there, everything shifted between us.”
“We weren’t broken—we were just unpracticed at being fully present. With Alex’s support, we’ve learned to really see and hold each other, not through fixing, but through listening, slowing down, and remembering love, in all the ways it’s available to us.”
