The Work
A Living Lineage of Presence, Possibility, and Deep Transformation
We Are Living in a Profound Time
We live in a time of profound expansion and disruption—technologically, culturally, relationally, ecologically. And while this can feel overwhelming, it’s also a moment of tremendous possibility. We are collectively stepping into new paradigms of healing, relating, creating, and becoming.
We now understand that the body holds memory. That our nervous systems tell the stories our minds can’t. That trauma isn’t just what happened—it’s what didn’t get to complete. And that healing is less about “getting over” something, and more about integrating what’s within.
We’re also learning that transformation is not linear. That presence heals more than pressure. That love and attunement are not luxuries—they’re essential to our evolution.
This moment is asking us to heal not just as individuals, but as a collective. To align with what supports life. To move toward interconnection, not domination. Toward coherence, not fragmentation.
Healing is no longer a siloed act—it’s a cultural movement, a return to what’s essential. At the intersection of neuroscience, somatics, psychology, relational repair, and conscious embodiment, a new kind of work is emerging. A kind of work that meets the complexity of the human experience with presence, attunement, and radical curiosity. A kind of work that says: healing is not only possible—it’s natural, when given the right conditions.
This is the field I’ve devoted my life to. If you’re new to it, welcome. If you’ve been walking this path for a while, I’m honored to be walking it with you.
The Roots of This Work
My approach weaves together over a decade of formal training with a lifetime of inquiry. While much of my current work is rooted in somatics, my background also includes foundational studies in psychology, sociology, and behavioral science, as well as environmental studies and ecological biology, where I became deeply curious about systems thinking, interdependence, and the relational fabric of life.
Early on, I was drawn to expressive and holistic therapies—ways of relating to the self that included the full spectrum of emotion, body, creativity, and voice. This intuitive interest eventually led me to study somato-emotional integration and relational somatics at the International Professional School of Bodywork (IPSB), formerly known as the Institute for Psychostructural Balancing—the first massage therapy school in the country. IPSB’s founders were global seekers and cultural synthesizers, integrating wisdom from around the world into a hands-on healing art that respects the intelligence of the body and the power of human presence.
What This Work Makes Possible
We’re living through an extraordinary time—one that is stretching our individual and collective capacities in both tender and transformative ways.
The crises and questions of this moment—both personal and planetary—are pointing us inward, asking us to come back into relationship with ourselves, with each other, with life itself.
Many of us are realizing that healing is no longer about fixing what’s broken—it’s about stepping into what’s possible when we’re no longer bracing against life. It’s about discovering the coherence and clarity that become available when we feel safe enough to unfold. It’s about learning to feel—maybe for the first time—what it’s like to live in deeper alignment, connection, and creative capacity.
It’s about learning to listen to your body and your life in a new way—one that makes space for clarity, authenticity, and trust.
In my practice, I draw from a wide range of traditions, disciplines, and intuitive pathways. The work I offer is rooted in somatic intelligence, relational healing, nervous system attunement, and emergent wisdom—but beyond any label or modality, it’s about this:
• Presence that lets you meet yourself.
• Safety that lets you soften.
• Tools to help you live in your truth.
Whether you’re here to receive soothing touch, unwind from daily stress, explore emotional patterning, or shift into deeper alignment in your relationships—this work is a path toward coherence, clarity, and creativity.
It’s for those who want to feel more like themselves again—and for those who are ready to live from that place.
The Evolution of Practice – A Lineage of Influence
My work is an ever-evolving synthesis of the teachers, modalities, experiences, and wisdom streams that have shaped me.
In the years since, I’ve been deeply influenced by:
• Joe Dispenza, whose work in neuroplasticity and quantum potential reminds us we are not bound by our past.
• Thais Gibson, whose work in subconscious reprogramming and attachment healing supports lasting integration.
• Jayson Gaddis, founder of The Relationship School, whose approach to conflict, connection, and secure relating has shaped the way I work with couples and individuals alike.
• Robyn Vogel, a holistic psychologist whose depth in Internal Family Systems, resource tapping, and profound witnessing taught me to meet all parts of the self with reverence.
I’ve also drawn from the brilliance of:
• Ken Wilber’s integral frameworks
• Charles Eisenstein’s lens on sacred economics and collective healing
• Zach Bush’s systems-based view of vitality and life intelligence
• Bruce Lipton’s work in epigenetics and belief systems
• And my own ongoing study of Human Design, which offers powerful insight into how we’re uniquely wired to move through the world.
Over the years, I’ve pursued additional training in Non-Violent Communication, personal leadership, consciousness studies, expressive arts, environmental science, and Kundalini yoga—because the work of becoming whole is vast.
The Essence of the Work
What all of this is really about
This work is not a fix.
It’s not a formula.
And it’s not a promise to make you feel better.
It’s an invitation to feel more fully. To relate more honestly.
To return to what’s already wise within you.
Each modality I offer—massage, somatic bodywork, somatic therapy, and relationship coaching—carries its own texture and intention. But under it all, there is a shared thread:
This work is:
• Presence-based — because deep listening changes things
• Trauma-informed — because the body is adaptive, not broken
• Relational — because we are never not in relationship
• Integrative — because healing doesn’t happen in silos
• Transformative — because being met with care changes what’s possible
And above all, it is personal.
This is not a one-size-fits-all experience. It’s a living conversation between you and your body, your breath, your emotions, your longings. It’s sacred. It’s brave. It’s alive.
Whether you’re coming in for a moment of rest or a season of inner reckoning, you will be met with compassion, clarity, and curiosity. I don’t treat you like a project—I meet you as a person. And I honor your wholeness every step of the way.
Closing Invitation
To Those Who Feel the Spark
If you’re reading this and feeling a resonance in your bones—welcome.
If your body is whispering yes… or even just maybe…
If something in you knows there’s more available than what you’ve been taught to expect…
If you’re ready to explore what healing, growth, and aliveness can look like from the inside out…
I would be honored to walk with you.
This work is not just about getting better—it’s about coming home to yourself in the most honest, enlivened, and supported way possible.
Let’s begin.
